This question has been repeated many times, and if just once people would just look slightly downwards, they would find Gandalf's post concerning "How to get to Minotaur's Lair".
Well anyways, the way I do it, is just keep on going left. If you hit a dead-end, turn around and keep on going left. It's the easiest way, and I also believe it works going right also (but I havn't tried).

I can do it and not stick to wall....
I know the way.
most people it takes 10 or so minutes, takes me 28 seconds.
