admin dts files

ok i had some help from another administrator that told me about spawndis and deldis and listdis and others... question... is there a list somewhere that tells you every single dis file in tribes? if not. what file in the rpg directory do i extract and how do i extract it (winzip didnt extract it like it does in tribes 2 ... it meaning *.vol files)

any help is appericiated
