Talking List of Tribes 2 RPG Spells, Please read.

Physichal Spells:


Freeze:

Temporarily stops a target from moving.

Detect HP:

Allows you to vied the exact number of HP of a target.

Smite:

Inflicts damage on the target.

Fist:

Shoots a blunt force at the target.

Preservation:

This spell is very strong and is very hard to cast, but if casted it will stop you from being instantly killed once.

Light:

Character is able to see around him.

Hover:

Your character can fly for aproximetly 25 seconds.

Shockwave:

Delivers a stunning blow which does no damage, but knocks back the target monster and forces it to recover before performing any actions.

Slow:

Halves movement speed.

Light Fall:

Fall damage is reduced when your character hits the ground.

Spring:

Your character is launched high into the air and falls without taking damage.

Invisibility:

Allows your character to disappear from all targets.

Healing Magic:


Haste:

Your character can move slightly and regenerate from all spells quicker.

Preservation:

This spell is very strong and is very hard to cast, but if casted it will stop you from being instantly killed once.

Bless:

All weapons have a stronger attack bonus for awhile.

Heal:

Restores HP on the character.

Regenerate:

Characters HP raise by 5 every 2 seconds untill it has healed 100 HP.

Power Heal:

Heals a strong amount of HP.

Hp Pool:

This will allow you to give hp to your pool by typing #cast hppool 50+. To use your stored HP type #cast usepool # of hp.

Intervention:

Calls upon the gods to heal a large amount of HP for your character.

GodlyHeal:

Character restores a large amount of HP.

FullHeal:

Completely heals the character with a large recovery time.


Earth Magic:


Swarm:

Calls a swarm of insects to him which bite and sting a target. (Don't know if this is possible.)

Rock Blast:

A large rock comes from the heavens and strikes a target.

Death Strike:

Fires a magical stone into the air which explodes when it hits land harming all targets in the vacinity.

Distort:

Increases the weight of a target causing much internal damage, ripping from the inside out.

Implosion:

Creates a thunder like implosion around a target by depleting the targets air causing damage.

Shootingstar:

Calls starts from the heavens to rein down and demolish the target.


Fire Magic:


Fire Ball:

Launches a fireball to burn your target.

Fire Spike:

Fires a spike of fire from the casters hand to sink into the target and incinerate him.

Fire Shield:

Surrounds your character with a raging fire. Burning all who come near.

Meteor Strike:

Summons large rocks from the sky to explode into the surrounding targets.

Incinerate:

Severly burns a single target.

Water Magic:


Ice Spike:

Fires an ice spike shattering when it hits a target sinking shards of ice into it.

Walk on water:

Enables your character to walk on water for 30 seconds.

Ice Bomb:

Fires a large sheet of ice towards a target, hitting it with full force.

Light Magic:


Light Bolt:

Fires a bolt of light at an enemy.

Kill Undead:

If an undead creature is strucken by this spell he has a small chance of being instantly killed.

Sunray:

Focuses the power of the sun on a single target causing immense damage.

Reflection:

Cast upon the caster, if an enemy hits the caster he will be damaged with 1/3 the damage he delt.

Dark Magic:


Vampiric Enchantment:

Enchants a weapon with Vampire like attributes, sucking a small amount of HP from a target and damaging the target with the original weapon damage.

Decimate:

This spell damages all targets around the enemy with a mighty inferno coming from the depths of hell.

Summon Demon:

Summons a demon from hell.

Summon Zombie:

Summons a zombie.

Summon Skeleton:

Summons an skeleton.

Dragon Breath:

Fires a large breath of fire from the caster at a single target.

Check out the healing spells we could use some of thoughs for trpg1. These may not work because they are big words to use by typing commands. Any aditions to this? I didn't add the ones we have now.

Ohh goodie i'm the first person to read this (public persons that is )

Sounds great blade. Is this the official Spells list for IS?


Detect HP: Now it should show hp/outofhp e.g. 37/137
so you would know how much is left to kill them.

Also Invisibility: should be only for bots...cause you get pkers on the server and they will go invis and pk everyone.

um.. that is all i can think ATM will post when i get some more good ideas

Invis would probly work how cloaking pack is for t2.
you can BARELY see them, its like a ghost image. *winks at yoshiboy hoping he decides to host a server like his currentone for IS*

These spells are not for the statues of tribes2 rpg. But I hope JI or whoever is working on t2rpg might find some ideas in these.

Freeze would be water.

Dragon's Breath would be fire..

Meteor Strike would be a Fire/Earth combo, Same with shooting star only Meteor would be less powerful.. First off.. stars are really just flaming balls of gas..

"Light" should go in light magic

and your current definition of Decimate would make it more of a fire spell.

Add more water spells too

The way to fix the players turning invisible, then pk'ing, is for the player to still cast a shadow. It would be freaky to see a shadow of a man, but no person. It would be freaky, and would be "Lord of Rings'ish".

sure.. but armageddon could probably only be casted i dunno.. once. Total world destruction is hard to channel, and sorta hard to survive

To tell you the truth I got teh base of them from MM (evil little me.) And taht game does rule. I tried MM7 and MM8, but they SUCK comapred to MM6. That game r0x0rs!!!

U should have added paralyze... thats my favorite spell on mm7( i beat the end of the game with it) Well... maybe not my favorite , starburst is my favorite .

With invis..maybe if the bots COULDNT see you (unlike hide in trpg) then that would be really cool. I guess people would abuse it and never die though...

I've found (along with other people) that most of the spells here are just spells from other games (AD&D, M&M, and numerous other abbreviations.) Don't get me wrong, I love these games, and I love TRPG, but I don't want to play the same game again in a different engine/format.
