If you go into the room where GoblinRaiders spawn, there's large ramps on either side of the platform. It's real easy to get exp by hitting raiders once (or wizards or thieves), and then going down the ramp and getting them to jump to their deaths after you. It's a little hard though until you get the hang of it (and don't kill yourself jumping off the ramp).
This lets lvl 3s kill Raiders and Wizards.
