Help getting game started

I read about the rpg in pc gamer and really want to try it. But i cant even get it to start, i dont know how, theres no exe files in the mod folder and the quick start link to download it is borken, GOD DAMNIT I WANT TO PLAY IT, WHY IS THIS SOOO HARD!

once you have tribes updateed to 1.11
thats TRIBES not trpg, get those patches from www.tribesplayers.com


then get all the rpg downloads and run them, please leave ALL default directories, to make things easier.

then double click tribes.exe and click options

click filter, add filter, add, servertype, does contain, rpg

click play, click play game, make a char:
name sex other info for password and voicepack

click next

click join multiplayer

click next

let it refresh all automatically for a minute or five

double click "Official Beta Temp" or "Binker and Newbies TRPG" or "Mythical Realms" server...hehehe...

then click join and pray to god you ahve enough memory to load the mod. if it times out chances are you haave too little memory.
