I have tried adding my new items to skills.cs so as to add restrictions to my items, however, now all restrictions for all items are set to "False" when in-game.

I need a way to remedy this.

hmm, try switching out your copy of skills.cs with another copy, just to make sure you are causing the problem...

You shouldn't have gone over the item limit...

I tried it and re-edited it from scratch and it works now. Thanks! One more thing though, do I have to edit the map in-game to make the merchants sell new items, if not, then how would I make a merchant in say Keldrin Town sell a new item? If so, how would I edit the map to make the merchant sell new items?

Yes you have to edit the map, but no in-game. You must go through the map files. Unfortunatly, I have no expertice in this, so you will have to ask someone who does.

open the rpgmap5.mis file with wordpad and find the merchant that u want to add items to, you will see a line with a bunch of numbers listed these are the item numbers that are listed in shopping.cs, so all u do is add the correct shopping index number and save

new problem. I am having a few items show up like the Thor's Hammer did a few versions of trpg ago

it's an item not placed there by myself and you can't buy it anyway, it says value is 0 coins

The QM Robe, My Tri-Plate Armor and Darksilver Plate Armor show up in the "Armors" heading at the top of the buy screen
