No skins showing at all bsides tribes base

I play mostly on the Mideval knights server (for about three days, level6) But the only skin i ever see is the tribes power armor base skin. On all npc's and players, (except the few goblin runts ive whacked) So, will somone please tell me how to make my experience a bit more....mideval? even players with armor on show only as the base skin. Thanks for any help in advance.

if the server is edited, base tribes skins are an artifact a lot of times

all NPC's should still look like monsters

Solution: Play on another server.

yeah something went wrong with your tribes\rpg\skins folder

a reinstall should fix it, or try running tribes with -mod rpg ont he command line

Or, just in your options menu, turn on Show custom skins.
