I've just made a Character

My character is named Shadow and hes wears a black robe concealing his face and hands. He's a semi-powerful mage that has just learned advtransport. He has some flaws like not knowing that much about fighting although he's pretty good at using a staff and hiding. He carries a Justice Staff. His major weakness is weakness; meaning that he isn't very strong and prefers to blast his enemies from around corners or sneak up on them.

shadow, goto roleplaying characters and use the outline from other posts there, also READ THE ROLEPLAYING GUIDE! it is helpful. what you wrote here lacks very much of what is needed so just copy another post in roleplaying characters aight?

A word of caution... The way we RP isn't the exact way we play Tribes RPG. We use the Three Gods as principles and the 5 Great Lands are key. You must read the timeline for better understanding.

Ok number 1 teleport is a low level spell in dungeons in dragons, number 2, he could see the mine and concentrate, so its not THAT HARD, who said I was advance transporting? if i wrote that im sorry. I can change it. I did the whole takes alot out of him thing. Its not a easy spell.

SPELLS IN RP ARE NOT LIKE SPELLS IN THE GAME! There is no advanced transport! Just ONE transport, and it's EXTREMELY difficult to do!

*sigh* number one... Xanlok casted a transport spell... number 2... he knew where he wanted to go, he had been there before, number 3, He had to rest right after, that is how new it was to him. That is how it should be, it should weaken.

Thanks guys

I think I'll change it so that Shadow is trying to learn that spell but hasn't go it yet. Also forget the Justice staff I'll make it just a staff with a crystal on top. One more thing forget the hiding buisness because it doesn't seem like a cleric could do that to well.

I just checked the robed figureand I noticed that underloard got in and introduced a character without even saying anything in the occ comment for the thread yet I couldn't join because there were "too many people!" I would really like to know what's going on.

First off, I had a good place to start. Second, my char was accepted by strider. Third, I know a good way to keep the story going without powerplaying.

dark, you wouldn't know about the amulet, you see, since Cypher was raised in a monastery (his family killed by orcs) he can read, he also heres of things, point being you wouldn't know about that amulet

you know you can just hang out in town, xan is retreiving the amulet... i'm going to wait for him outside the well then get the ammy, then sell it to a mysterious guy, who uses it to summon a big troll, who kills the mysterious guy, then u kill it-thats the story plot we're going on right now lol

It can be more than that. stretch it. for instance I win the amulet in a bet, then i sell it. The guy i sell it too needs something else for his (spell) to work. He hires me to retreive that item while you guys try to stop me, when i donmt realize what he is going to do with it. It can go a lto further.
