ok, this has happened to me twice now, once in uber and once while i was mining, i don't know how it came about... i haven't casted a spell, and i get the message 'you are still recovering from your last spell cast'

and i never recover, only option is to disconnect/reconnect

might happen after u don't cast for a while but i'm not sure
