the bug is that there is a hole inside the crypt, its near zombie spawn by the rock, you go into the tunnel to go to the zombies and if you go to the side of the wall in the tunnel you get stuck under the rock

i dont know if this is meant to be or a bug but the gnoll pit gives better gems than the ogre, the ogre is much harder to mine at

i was sooo happy as a lowbie on NQ i was able to get money for once!!!

i was so happy that newbies arent totally stuck with dirt until level 30 or whenever mining got profitable, now i have to go by the ogres? ARGH.

thats ok soon enough version 4.7x will be at gsn and me good char...

the gnoll pit has a quartz rich crystal

it's still pretty good considering rocks give you a buck, whereas quartz gives you way more (dont remember how much)

I hadn't thought it was a matter of which was better, but that there was little chance of getting quartz and turquoise at the gnoll crystal, but the switch works just fine. Kinda like how the third crystal was in the old mines, all quartz.
