We have being going on for a long time I guess with the same weapons... but you all know the weapons are not balanced properly, including the new items... umm especially the new items.
Here are some examples:

Piercing: The awlpike which is supposofly the #1 peircing weapon,
awlpike =158dmg/2.8 speed
rapier = 100 dmg/1 speed

meaning if you can get the hits then rapier roughly does TWICE as much damage as the awlpike, maybe pike cannot get pickpocketed, maybe it has longer range, but we all know, we are our there for the damage

And mainly the new weapons....
Titanium hammer, the most powerful hammer I believe?
And where are the powerful peircing weapons to help peircers... hell thiefs got to make a living also!


Please help Ideas and give stats for new and old weapons and also name any unbalanced weapons you want to point out and fix... so we can make all weapons skills even, yet not the same!

I think this would make the start little easier for newbies and others.

Sorry, I'm just used to the weapons so i can't spot balancing very well in the old weapons or other than bludgeoning weapons.

Hmmm.. I thought about the 1 sec delay weapons and realized that 1 sec delay makes weapons rather powerful as for eaxample rapier makes 103+103 atk in 2 secs and warmaul makes 164 atk in 1.599 secs and titanium hammer makes 210 in 1.5 secs. For this I got the thought that 1 sec deals very easily more damage than a more powerful but slower weapon because it swings 3 or 4 times when to other weapon swings only twice. This thing might need some tweaking.

Also, if you have a weapon that has delay of 1 second, and atk 100, compared to a weapon with 2sec delay, and atk 200, the first weapon is better, as you have a higher % chance to hit.

it used to be that all the weapons had much longer delays and you would "hit and run" the badguys while you waited for the recovery time, now they are all short enough that just standing infront of a bot and bashing away works better.

i'm not saying put it back to long weapon delays

i guess this is not a usefull comment.

One more thing, I think those new arrows must be easier to get ahold of... I mean people will forge at most TEN at a time, and that is hard...

Read that, as for Awl pike, i think a 1.8 Delay might make up for the difference, perhaps lower, and the Tit Hammer...i dunno, i like it. Maybe give it 2 Delay.

maybe make an Assassins Rapier

1.1 delay

184 atck

Requirements 500 piercing

that'd help out thieves since the atk value is almost double, imagine backstab with that

Rapier I think is good, but I think the pike needs faster recoil.

And maybe make magmastaff harder to make and do more damage to go close to the tit.hammer and keldrinitesword

Titanium hammer is fina as it is as if you give it 2 sec delay then its too close to warmaul in damage/sec.

as for that magma staff thing: #w skeletalstaff, it loks kooler anyways

maybe we need more staffs or higher ATK and req's for em, we have enuf low lvl piercing weaps aleready =/

gonna be gettin new uber sig son, even tho thats completely off topic =P
