You need to use a program to optimize you SS's here go here http://www.xat.com/ the program is free and not hard to use.

http://www.xat.com/internet_technology/download.html

D/L the image optimizer and install it....Now start it the xat.com one.

Go to open search for your SS's and click save as,if your SS is still to big slide the JPEG Quality intell it's under 101,000 bytes and save again and now you can post them.

The D/L come's in two version's you need to use the one called "Xat.com image optimizer" not "Professional image optimizer".
