Well first off damn this move has really put my server in the sh itter it seems... I called Qwest last night and it's nice that they NOW inform me that I need to upgrade my router for it to work so they are shipping me a new one and if I'm lucky it'll be here by Tues. but most likely it'll take till Fri. But with hopes this new router will be faster and better able to handle multiple connections... at least that's what they said we'll see what it really does when the time comes... and once again damn people settle down

Newbie I feel your pain......

I have had Qwest since I moved into my new place about 7 mounths ago first thing they send me is a Intel 3200 USB.From day one nothing but problem's,random disconnection's,freezes.I have made countless call's to Qwest tech and they run me throw a list of crap sign a ticket and thx me for wasting a couple of hour's.

So after doing this a dozen or so time's I did some investigation and found the intel 3200 damn near dosent work with my VIA chipset.They sent me a intel 2100 internal witch i got in 3 day's"Qwest get a happy piont for that" and havent had a problem since.

USB DSL Modems sux0rs... cant network them unless you have another ethernet card...
