I'd like to bring back the FBI to allow the folks to join it that wanted to show their support.
Not I repeat Not to continue a war... Mostly to show how one sided such a war would become.
Now a war that is organized, mutually agreed on and doesn't involve civilians... ie. A game well that would be cool
Like only in the war zone are you free to pk/mug/ be rude etc Llike say the map west of ethren and everything else non war zone normal citizen mode.
Any other rules would have to be mutually agreed on including maybe no other rules.

Houses have no restriction about where/when you damage an opposing house member. Except towns and the #mug bug negates even that protection.
Plus there's no relief if you want to lvl instead of be a target with the house system.
Besides the whole FBI vs Mafia was cause people that didn't want to fight others were gettin pk'd anyways. So if everyone stuck to the "if you want to pk join a house and leave those folks alone that aren't in a house" attitude then that would work.
Of course the Admins would have to make that clear and enforce it.
By the way that's why I wasn't / am not in a house I didn't want to play PK or be PK ed either one.
But then i got corrupted...John, Homer, Hurricane etc mimicing skeletons and prowling...it was fun and funny
Felt bad for the victims so only bounty hunted... and expected that to be respected (hunt only folks w/ bounty and only be hunted when i had one)....it wasn't...
So I'm lookin' for a way to make fights mutually agreed or not possible to end the hard feelings and unfairness.
(sorry I'm so verbose but I've been thinkin this for a long time and finally got a way to express it.)
