Odd.

Huh. Today, Overlord mentioned going offline to fix his lag. And the next minute, the server goes down. I know it's most likely a coincidence..but still. (shrug)

Anyways, I have him to thank for raising my Offensive casting by about...20 points. Heh. He stood outside of town like an idiot while I blasted him with fireballs for 2 damage each.

Not that anyone minds that. And as for Internet, I've never seen him do anything. And I do not mind the whole PK thing. That's why I keep my important stuff in the storage when I see that familiar red message.

Wit often gets me killed.

I bet I know just the PERFECT orifice in which a Skeletal Staff could find it's home.

You should have seen how pissed he was when I hopped back into the Keldrin town limits. I was laughing my ass off. I nearly snorted my Mountan Dew out my nose.

Heh. Reminds me of a funny story on another server. A hugely "Monty Haul" Server. (Start with over 100 SP, get an insane amount per level.). Well...A bored Admin was spawning various critters for low level characters. Someone reccomends spawning "Goblin Wizards". To raise spell Res.

And then the server screamed.

Trying to keep up with about 60 goblins casting firebomb.

All at once.

(Scream)
Standstill for five minutes.

Sounds lovely. And I suppose that's why robes of Ven and the like sell so well in the higher levels? Too bad robes offer no Physdef. But at least my spells are getting better! WHEE!

Don't remind me. I'm already overjoyed with the slowdowns due to the Firewall. (Grin) Ah well. I've learned how to time my healing spells during those periods of lag. However, with my 30-something HP..I'm quite prone to falling down.

Trav Miners used to be way high up in mines in an older version. They had like a 1/16000 chance of dropping a parchment... I never got one though, even though I did play with them a bit.
