Yeah that was cheesy but it fits... HOPEFULLY I'll have the new router by the end of this week the last person said they would ship one but didn't. let's thank apache for hosting through this whole mess.. without him there would be NO B&N for ppl to play on

Well I just spent another hour on the server with Qwest it seems the lost my order AGAIN and now I have a person at Qwest dedicated to me... I will get an e-mail and personal phone call at every advancement of it so that don't really mean **** but hey hopefully

Ah, screw it all...

My call center is switching over to Quest DSL support...I looked at thier record for cust support...absolutely pathetic. I might get swapped over to doing Quest support someday soon. Please shoot me.
