 There is something wrong with server

I cant log on to b&n because when i try it says there are to many people and there are only 6 but under players colum it says 6/0. so what is wrong.

OK whenever the player max is 0 that is BECAUSE I SET IT TO ZERO!!!! yes there were 12 people on when I set it to 0 so they don't get kicked they continue to play until they quit or lag out
