tribes rpg script

hey all
on the Binker and Newbie's RPG server it says that you should download some script to make using commands easier. i think it was ultimarpg script or something along the lines of that. if anyone knows about it could ya tell me where to get it?

I don't know where to get Ultima, but here's my copy of CommieChat. Since it won't allow *.exe attachments, I zipped the installer for you.

You may wish to run this in unison with Dues Pack.
